We deliver handcrafted clay cookware across India. Orders above ₹1,000 qualify for free standard shipping.

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Packaging

Since our products are handcrafted clay items, we use reinforced, secure packaging to minimize breakage during transit.

4. Damaged or Broken Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order number. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
