1. Return Request

If you need to return an order that you have received, please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Important: Do not dispatch any product back to us without obtaining prior approval and return authorization from Ammli Prints Jaipur. Products sent without authorization may not qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

2. When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

A return or exchange request may be considered in the following circumstances:

The product arrives damaged or defective.
You receive an item that is different from the one ordered.
The product has a verified quality issue.

3. Product Conditions for Return

For a return or exchange to be considered, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Remain in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Be packed in its original packaging, along with original tags wherever applicable.

We may decline a return if the product has been used, altered, washed, stitched, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Fabric sold by the meter is not eligible for return or exchange.

Once fabric has been cut, measured, altered, stitched, washed, or otherwise used, it cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Any other product specifically marked as non-returnable on its product page will also be excluded from this policy, subject to applicable law.

5. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

After receiving an authorized return, our team will inspect the product and assess the request.

For an approved return, Ammli Prints Jaipur may offer one of the following resolutions, depending on the nature of the issue and applicable terms:

Replacement of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Exchange for an eligible product.
Store credit or a credit note redeemable on ammliprintsjaipur.in.

Any credit note issued will be subject to its applicable validity and redemption terms.

6. Shipping and Courier Charges

Original shipping and courier charges are generally non-refundable in the event of a return, unless otherwise confirmed by Ammli Prints Jaipur or required under applicable law.

For an approved return arising from a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, our Customer Support team will guide you regarding the applicable return-shipping arrangements.

7. Product Usage and Care

Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Ammli Prints Jaipur will not be responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, handling, alterations, stitching, or use of the product after delivery, except where otherwise required under applicable law.

Once we receive the authorized return parcel, please allow approximately 7–21 business days for inspection and processing.
